Rick was amazing! We look at over 20 houses and he was very patient and was constantly showing us new houses that had come out on the market that day and would make time to see the house the day it came out so we could be the first ones to make an offer if we were interested.

He had to work with a difficult situation with our house and he went above and beyond his own duties to make sure that everything went smoothly for us. He was there at every appointment and did great with our negotiation. He knew everything to look for in the house and was masterful in his knowledge about how to handle everything from the fireplace, septic tank, plumbing, everything!
